• HR-R

HR-R is a modular, upgradable automatic replacement rack that offers 3, 5, or 9 module berth combinations. It allows the probe/probe assembly and other probe accessories to be automatically replaced from the measuring base without the need for recalibration. It has the ability of rapid and repeatable replacement, and can achieve fully automated detection of different workpieces.

• HR-MP

HR-MP is the latest multi-functional replacement rack launched by Hexagon, which adopts a modular design and is compatible with HP-TM, HP-THD, TP20 probe module replacement and HP-SX1 probe replacement at the same time. It can also be integrated into the HR-R replacement rack as a module. The unique design allows the HR-MP passive replacement rack to be easily upgraded, relocated, removed, and restored for use.

• HR-X

The HR-X replacement rack can replace the probe suction cup according to the host model and probe configuration without a measurement program. The HR-X replacement rack is suitable for models such as Hexagon Global, GLOBAL S, and Reference, and different specifications can be selected according to the probe model and site conditions.

HR-TR follow-up replacement rack

The HR-TR follow-up replacement rack can be directly installed on the main leg of the machine, thereby saving measurement space and reducing measurement costs. For small and medium-sized measuring machines, when the workpiece size is large, the measurement stroke is tight, and it is necessary to maximize the measurement space. By using HR-TR, the replacement rack can be integrated into the machine, without occupying measurement space and reducing the distance of probe replacement, thereby improving the efficiency of the measuring machine.

Manually replacing fixed probes and rotating measuring bases is easy to operate.
